ORDER FULFILLMENT
Jewelry + clothing exchanges are offered within 10 days of receiving order.
Sale items are eligible for exchange for another style or size. If you choose to exchange an item purchased on sale, the original amount paid will be applied toward your exchange.
If the new item is of equal value, no additional payment is required. If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the new item is of lesser value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

REFUNDS
If you need to cancel an order, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. A 10% fee will be withheld from the amount of the refund to cover fees charged to us by Shopify.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international order is thus subject to such import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
