Ari is one of my dearest friends. She is such a muse to me because of the way she is constantly meeting herself fully. Embracing all that life has to offer and fully feeling and being with it to heal.
What is the most important thing you have learned from your experience being here on earth and from your journey of healing and being?
That magic wasn’t just made for the movies and that miracles occur constantly. The power of gratitude can shift your entire reality. It actually isn’t base about “seeing to believe it” but really “ believing it to see it”. Life is enchanting and the more healing you do and learn the lesson from everything imaginable - your reality will change — you will unlock the enchantment and begin to see again. Everything is frequency and energy
What is a dream day in your life look like?
In some ways I feel like I already living parts of my dream, these canyons bring everything to life. It’s not so much in the material things but what this land has to offer to the spirit. It’s all one, all connected. That all I could want for this life, is to constantly to be in life's true enchantment in a place where I can heal and be in solitude. Nature as my altar, clean water to cleanse, amongst the animal kingdom and with loved ones close by. In this part of my life, spirit has taken me down one of my hardest paths… but the beauty in it all was to begin to see that I didn't need much to feel rich, in fact. I began to see the abundance all around me just by being a witness to the true nature.
A dream day would be filled of slow risings and nourishing meals. Grounded. Clarity and a place of harmony. No rush. just present.
Morning stretches or dancing, a walk to go greet the river, maybe a river dip or two. Lay on a rock in the sun, get some downloads and coding from the sky. Talk with the spirits all around me. Making another nourishing meal. Create, afternoon nap, meditate, dance some more, be barefoot all day. Create. Attract. Attract. Attract. Circulate the wealth. And be so heavenly in my divine state.

I know rituals are very important to you. What are some of your favorite rituals?
Without a doubt, waking with the sun. I rarely use alarm clocks to rise in the morning. If anything I use alarm clocks more so to make sure I leave the house timely if I need to be anywhere at a certain time.ha!
So here it goes, I rise when the sun begins to set over the mountains. My bedroom begins to fill with the rays of light. Nova (my sweet fur babe) looks back at me, we take in the morning. Sounds of birds play their morning symphony, I slowly get out of bed and let Nova out to wander, I light an incense, let more light in, and play some music depending on my mood. Mostly a gentle rise into day. Heat some water and make either cacao or coffee in the morning.
Seasons are impactful and ring in new rituals - so it changes also with each season. For a moment there in fall, I always sat outside to watch the sunrise and journaled and meditated. And to feel the cold brisk mornings on my face and transition into the warmth of the sun on my face always felt like I was drinking in the sun
But by far, my most favorite ritual is to dance as my prayer. Allows me to feel into my energy system. Move energy around. Drop into my feminine essence. And begin to create light codes with my body.
What is currently inspires you?
Evolution inspires me. I couldn’t imagine staying the same person for the rest of my life. The love for self discovery and allowing everything to be my teacher and to heal through it all. Liberates.
What is your greatest dreams for yourself and humanity?
I believe we’re already in it together. The Great Awakening. The times of great change and remembrance. It’s going to be an absolute joy to witness others step into their power and knowing. Their sovereignty and their own divinity. An honor to be here and walk with other brothers and sisters on this path. It is not for the faint of heart and I always bow to others who walk into the darkness of their shadows. Bringing forth their light to shine the way through. I am you and you are me. My healing is your healing. We are reflections of one another. We owe it to ourselves to be set free and in our power. Lessen the load and feel confident in our walk of path. To know thyself!
